Attacks on Women Forced Abortion
Some Men Will Do Anything to Force Their Girlfriend to have an Abortion
Jeffrey Smith, age 32, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, is one of those men. He constantly pressured his girlfriend to abort their baby and each time she refused. Finally, he decided he would take care of the situation himself.
He bought the abortion pill mifepristone and waited for the opportunity to use it. When his girlfriend was 5 months into the pregnancy that chance came along. On January 27 he put the abortion pill into her water bottle when she was not present.
But Smith underestimated his girlfriend. She noticed a residue at the bottom of the water bottle and, fortunately for her and her baby, she did not drink from it. The girlfriend was suspicious enough to take the water bottle to the police after Smith left and told them she thought he was trying to kill their unborn baby.
The water was tested, and the abortion drug was found in it. The hospital OB/GYN advised authorities that mifepristone has only one use – to end a pregnancy by killing the unborn child. Mifepristone is a prescription abortion pill that is supposed to be taken with a doctor present, and authorities do not know how he obtained the drug.
Text messages further proved that Smith was pressuring his girlfriend to abort, stating that she just needed to take a pill; it was simple, and there were basically no side effects. In reality, the abortion pill is neither simple nor without side effects. Smith is now facing attempted first-degree murder charges for his actions.
Unscrupulous Doctor on Trial for Killing Unborn Baby With Abortion Pill
Dr. Sikander Imran from Arlington, Virginia, had been dating his girlfriend, Brook Fiske, for three years when she told him she was pregnant. Fiske told authorities Dr. Imran did not want to be a father and tried to talk her into having an abortion, but she refused.
When Fiske was 17 weeks pregnant she went to Imran to discuss how they would raise their child, and that is when he poisoned her. She told authorities that when she finished drinking a cup of tea with Imran there was a gritty substance at the bottom of the cup, and she could tell that it was a pill that had been ground up.
In just a few hours, Fiske was having contractions and was rushed to the hospital, where she went into labor and lost her baby boy. Tests revealed that the abortion pill misoprostol was found in her system. Imran had given her four times the normal amount to induce labor and confessed to what he had done.
Imran was taken into custody and charged with the premeditated killing of a fetus. Fiske is still trying to recover from the loss of her baby. Imran was to go on trial in March, but more charges have been added to his case.
Florida Man Sentenced to 20 Years for Trying to Kill His Girlfriend and Their Unborn Baby
Onix Afanador, 36, of Pensacola, Florida, was another man who did not want to deal with fatherhood. According to police, Afanador threatened his girlfriend that he would kill her and their unborn baby just before he steered the vehicle into a utility poll.
His girlfriend was 12 weeks pregnant at the time, and fortunately, neither she nor her baby was injured in the crash. Miraculously, his evil scheme failed miserably.
The court convicted Afanador of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, and the judge sentenced him to 20 years for his crime.
This attempted abortion had a happy ending, but sadly, most do not end that way. Many other would-be fathers have succeeded in killing their girlfriends and their own babies either by the abortion pill or in some horrid violent way. These women/girls have been beaten, shot, stabbed, burned, poisoned, executed, etc., all because they were trying to protect their unborn babies. So much for choice.
Statistics show that 64% of girls and women who abort felt pressured to do so. The pressure can be anything from threats by boyfriends that they’ll leave to threats by parents that the pregnant girl will be thrown out of the house or ostracized by the family. Unfortunately, abortion coercion is now taking on a more violent tone.
Man Punches Pregnant Ex-Girlfriend Over Abortion
On March 21, 2013, in Lehigh Acres, Florida, sheriff deputies arrested 27-year-old Louis Vickers for punching his 21-year-old girlfriend in the stomach after she refused to get an abortion.
The victim told deputies they argued about the abortion at a local restaurant where they both worked. According to authorities, Vickers told his pregnant girlfriend to abort their unborn child, and when she refused, he punched her three times in the stomach.
The victim went to the back of the restaurant to get away from Vickers and was later treated at the Lehigh Regional Medical Center. Fortunately, the baby was not harmed during the assault.
Police Say Man Beat His Pregnant Ex-Girlfriend in the Stomach With a Baseball Bat
On January 28, 2013, in Elk Grove, California, police arrested 27-year-old John Collins for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, and child endangerment.
Collins went to the home of his ex-girlfriend to exchange custody of a child they have in common. An argument ensued, and the victim fled to her car where he broke out the car windows. She called 911 and fled to a nearby parking lot. At that point Collins took after her with a baseball bat and struck the 7-months-pregnant victim purposely in the stomach.
Officers arrived, arrested Collins, and transported the victim to the local hospital. The police later reported that the mother and unborn child were not badly injured in the attack.
Queens Man Convicted in Stabbing Death of Pregnant Girlfriend and Her Unborn Child
On the day her baby was to be born Derrick Redd stabbed to death his girlfriend, 25-year-old Niasha Delain, and their unborn child. Police said Redd admitted he had previously urged Delain to have an abortion. Delain was stabbed 20 to 30 times, and the baby was stabbed 5 times.
Redd was charged for only the death of Delain, and Delain’s parents are furious that he is not charged with both deaths. The victim’s mother stated, “It’s like this baby is not being looked at as a victim and that’s ridiculous. There were two victims here. This baby was intentionally stabbed.”
The victim’s parents have launched a campaign to make it a crime to kill an unborn child during a homicide, but pro-choice groups oppose her efforts fearing that such a law might interfere with abortion rights.
Man Who Attacked His Ex-Girlfriend to Cause Miscarriage Sentenced to 10 Years
Former police officer, 35-year-old Matthew Cherry was sentenced to 10 years in jail after a savage attack on his ex-girlfriend, Caroline Craft.
When Craft became pregnant Cherry insisted she have an abortion because she was “ruining his life”. As the pregnancy went on they fought over it and eventually broke up.
Then, when Craft was 6 months pregnant, a hooded assailant broke into her home and attacked her with multiple kicks to her abdomen, targeting her unborn child, according to prosecutors. The victim offered the assailant money, but he was not interested. At that point the real estate agent she was expecting knocked on the door and interrupted the assault.
Craft was taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries. Fortunately, the baby was not harmed, and she gave birth to a healthy baby boy three months later. Cherry was arrested and convicted as the hooded assailant.
NBA star JJ Redick had bizarre abortion contract with ex-girlfriend
It’s one of the most bizarre contracts ever connected to the NBA and leaked out recently after being kept secret since 2007 when JJ Redick’s model superstar girlfriend, Vanessa Lopez, became pregnant.
Redick is no stranger to contracts, having been with the NBA for several years, but this one seems weird and outlandish to most. By signing the contract, Lopez agreed to abort their child, and in exchange, Redick would stay in the “relationship” with her for one year… or, if the relationship ended, Redick would pay Lopez $25,000.
The contract further required Lopez to provide proof of both the pregnancy and the abortion, including providing access for Redick to her medical records.
Redick and Lopez signed the contract on September 13, 2007, when she was about four months pregnant and went immediately to the abortion clinic. Lopez completed the end of the deal, but the stipulation for the relationship to continue was promptly ended.
On September 27 Lopez called the police to file a complaint about threatening phone calls from Redick’s younger brother.
Supposedly, Lopez was later counseled for post-abortion syndrome and stress caused by the relationship.
