Grotesque Practices of Harvesting and Trafficking Baby Parts
Far worse than any horror film or Stephen King novel, the repeated descriptions in ten videos over the past months surpass the most ghastly of images imaginable. The videos support the claim that Planned Parenthood is selling aborted baby parts.
Planned Parenthood was perceived to be an organization that handled women’s health issues and helped women to plan their pregnancies. Many people did not even know that they also made money performing approximately 345,000 abortions each year and are the largest abortion providers in the nation. That entire perception has been shattered, however, with the revelations of what they have been doing with those aborted babies and their body parts.
The Center for Medical Progress has periodically released a total of ten undercover videos exposing the grisly behind-the-scenes activities of Planned Parenthood clinics across the country. Given the shocking content, many media outlets have not shown these videos, but others have, and the resulting backlash on Planned Parenthood has been massive. Keep in mind that the sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C.289g-2). Yet Planned Parenthood has been harvesting these body parts and selling them for profit for many years, and most mothers who chose abortion had no idea what was happening to their babies. Deals with the need to abort babies without damaging the valuable parts that can be sold; i.e., do not crush the baby during the course of the abortion. In the video Dr. Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood says that they have been very good at getting hearts, lungs, and livers because they know that they are not going to crush those parts. StemExpress is a company which provides human specimens to biomedical researchers. Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Savita Ginde explains how they prefer to not just have a flat fee per baby, like $200, because a fee per item is better. This fear of being discovered has been with Planned Parenthood for some time; and Vanessa Cullins, Vice President of External Medical Affairs, has commented that this could destroy their organization. As a result, they have no written policies on harvesting fetal parts, produce no e-mails on their dealings, and recommend that everything be discussed in personal conversations only.
This never deterred their completely disgusting comments and jokes in dealing with the body parts of aborted babies, however. Workers often laughed about chopping up babies and shipping heads to buyers. This careless attitude does not apply to the researchers who receive specimens from StemExpress, however, as StemExpress has been asked to cut off hands and feet of aborted babies to reduce their humanity.
A conversation with StemExpress revealed that they close the eyes of the baby when a head is shipped and they let the labs know a head is coming so they are not shocked when the box is opened. StemExpress also referred to researchers freaking out and ultimately decide to get into different research.
After all of the negative publicity on their relationship with Planned Parenthood, StemExpress has now been forced to cut ties with the abortion mecca.
Meanwhile, several business giants who had previously supported Planned Parenthood in some way or were listed on the Planned Parenthood website as donors have contacted Planned Parenthood and announced publicly that their names are to be removed. These include Coca Cola, Ford, Xerox, American Express, and the American Cancer Society.
More recently twelve states have started investigations into Planned Parenthood clinics in their states, and more importantly, the U.S. Congress voted on to defund Planned Parenthood for one year while Congress performs their own investigation. Up to now Planned Parenthood has been receiving $500,000,000 each year in taxpayer funding. As one Congressman pointed out, Planned Parenthood has always touted their support for women’s health, but they have never even done mammograms. They only refer women to others for this procedure.
Their image is clearly badly tarnished, and their only response has been denials and running television commercials saying how much they care for women. Apparently they still have not gotten the message that this horror show needs to end.
It was at a typical upscale lunch with a glass of red wine and a nice salad that Planned Parenthood’s director of medical services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, was caught on video casually discussing how hearts, lungs, and other organs in babies about to be aborted can best be preserved by crushing the lower portion of the body first and then the upper portion, while keeping the torso intact to save the valuable organs inside which can be sold to research labs for prices between $30 and $100 each.
She went on to explain how the heads of unborn babies aborted command top dollar over the organs. To preserve the heads, however, it is necessary for the abortionist to reverse the position of the baby so he or she can be aborted feet first, thus allowing the head to come out intact.
Since this video was released it has caused a firestorm on news networks, in state legislatures, and now in Congress with cries of disgust and repulsion at every level. Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood has scurried to find explanations and provide apologizes for Dr. Nucatola’s crass comments. The President of Planned Parenthood, gave a very weak apology by inferring that the statements and tone were unacceptable. Meanwhile, six state legislatures have already started probes into Planned Parenthood’s activities; and countless Congressmen have called for the defunding of Planned Parenthood, which receives over $500,000,000 annually in federal tax dollars.
Planned Parenthood’s legal problems over this are several. It is illegal for abortionists to make a profit on tissue donations; it is illegal for abortion procedures to be altered to obtain fetal tissues; and it is illegal for Planned Parenthood, a nonprofit organization to profit by selling fetal organs. Meanwhile, a Congressional committee investigating this has called upon Dr. Nucatola to appear before the Congressional committee for testimony.
Dr. Nucatola has overseen Planned Parenthood’s medical practices at all their locations for the last seven years, along with training abortion doctors and performing abortions herself through six months of pregnancy. Is it possible that the length of time and the direct contact she has had with aborting thousands of babies has caused her to be so callous and unfeeling?
When the undercover videos of Planned Parenthood discussing the sale of aborted baby body parts were revealed by the Center for Medical Progress, Planned Parenthood blatantly denied their content and accused CMP of doctoring their videos and outright lying. In fact, they colluded with elected officials to have CMP founder, David Daleiden, arrested and charged. This was in an effort to scare off other potential whistleblowers on Planned Parenthood.
All of these fraudulent charges were dismissed and Daleiden has been cleared of all wrongdoing. Meanwhile, a House Select Investigative Panel and other state agencies have been investigating Planned Parenthood and its involvement in the illegal profitmaking on the sale of aborted baby body parts.
The relationship between Planned Parenthood and two California medical companies exposed in one of the videos has now resulted in a lawsuit against them by the Orange County District Attorney Office. According to CMP these companies were providing kickbacks to Planned Parenthood for providing access to aborted baby body parts.
DV Biologics and DaVinci Biosciences have been charged with selling hundreds of aborted baby hearts, lungs, and brains for profit and treating them as commodities. According to the charges, these companies frequently offered 25 per cent off promotion sales to increase their income. The regular prices were up to $1,100 for brain tissue, $375 for lung tissue, and $700 for heart tissue.
Planned Parenthood has earned millions of dollars from their abortion business and the sale of aborted baby body parts. Meanwhile, they have hidden behind the shield of providing important medical services to women like breast cancer testing, which was also a complete lie on their part. In fact, over the past year the President of Planned Parenthood had to admit to Congress that none of their offices even have a mammogram machine for breast cancer screening. Exposed again.
The House of Representatives voted to double the budget for the House Select Panel on Infant Lives for their investigation into Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics. This panel is investigating abortion clinic trafficking in fetal tissue of aborted babies, third trimester abortion activities, and the treatment of babies who survive an abortion. The vote was 234 to 181 in favor of the $800,000 increase in funding to complete their investigation.
This panel was established following a rash of undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood for breaking federal laws against profit making on the sale of organs from aborted babies. Planned Parenthood attempted to discredit the undercover videos filmed by the Center for Medical Progress, saying they were false and doctored. However, all of their charges were dismissed, and the Center for Medical Progress was cleared of all wrongdoing.
Meanwhile, during the Panel investigation to date, they have found evidence that Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics have, in fact, violated federal law by selling fetal tissue. In the 88-page report they also claim that some abortion clinics actually harvested and sold organs of infants born alive after they were aborted. According to Representative Marsha Blackburn who heads the panel, For most of us, it is nothing short of an outrage that Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics supplemented their budgets by selling human fetal tissue from aborted babies.
Certain members of the House objected strongly to the funding calling the allegations baseless and bogus, but enough representatives have seen the ugly truth of what is happening and want the investigation completed so appropriate charges can be brought.
Information has surfaced at the University of New Mexico that has caused a public outcry. The evidence that was uncovered there is part of a larger investigation after undercover videos were released charging Planned Parenthood with selling the body parts of aborted babies.
Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn, Chairman of the House Select Panel on Infant Lives, has contacted the New Mexico Attorney General asking for a criminal investigation into the claim that the University had acquired fetal brains for dissecting by students at the Neuroscience Summer Experience, which has been referred to as a summer camp.
The Chancellor of the University, Dr. Paul Roth, admitted that a faculty member had obtained the brains of aborted babies for dissection.
The University of New Mexico Hospital performs abortions through 25 weeks for any reason. Notes from a university staff person stated that they asked the clinic for whole fixed brains at 24 to 28 weeks for dissection by summer camp students. The school has not commented on these notes.
When undercover videos of abortion clinics selling aborted baby body parts, Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics attempted to discredit the videos and the people who filmed them, but findings like this have proven the truth of the videos and the horrors behind the sale of various body parts taken from babies who died from abortions.
